Sudah saya lakukan penggantian api key dengan yang baru dan hasilnya tetep blm bisa. Saya cek juga tentang setingan waktu di wordpress saya rasa sudah benar.
Untuk file plugins akismet sendiri sudah saya ganti dg yang baru tetapi masih tetep blm bisa. Ada yang tau knapa bisa begini ? please share for this problem yah !

itu server ngebolehin fopen url kagak? sepengetahuanku sih akismet itu membuka koneksi ke server pusat.

Kalo dilihat dari error message-nya sih, kayaknya karena servernya ngga bisa koneksi ke akismet.com. Musti cek ke hosting provider-nya. Kalau ada akses shell ke servernya, bisa coba ping dari sana.
Make Akismet sampe saat ini masih LANCAR JAYA 😉
